By using this perfectly optimized pipette and needle tip system, one can benefit from excellent needle tip adhesion and tightness, while reducing needle tip adhesion and ejection force. Providing a very fine top shape and final coaxiality for a perfect top alignment, it is not easy to hit all 384 wells perfectly!
